Questions to ask the group

• For learners on prepaid data and shared phones, what would you cut or simplify?
• Was the check-the-money step clear, or where did it feel rushed?
• Does the catalogue-card template give too much structure, or too little?
• What one change would most help a sixteen-year-old also revising for the WASCE?

Straight after the session

• Note the timestamps of the two or three most useful comments.
• Copy the chat before you leave the call.
• Log each comment as feedback, change, and reflection within a day.
